The meeting which was held on 12th January 2026 at the Assembly’s conference room brought together heads of departments and Units within the assembly to deliberate on action plans, way forward, challenges and strategic plans towards efficient service delivery in the district.
In his welcome address the District Coordinating Director, Mr. Samuel Antwi Boasiako emphasized on the need for heads of departments and Units to often demonstrate desired behaviors and work ethics that can influence subordinates to emulate.

“We are heads of departments and a lot is required of us, our direct reports are also learning from us, so please this year must be new and we expect new things. There are a lot of things that might not have gone well in the year 2025 but we hope to better them this year. We hope to see improvement in our actions and inactions so that this year will be a year that we will always remember”.
