The central regional minister Hon. Justina Marigold Assan, together with her entourage visited the Awutu Senya District Assembly, on Wednesday Justina Marigold Assan thanked the district for a warm reception. She stated how grateful she was to be in the district to identify herself as the new regional minister, since she has 18 years of her working life in this same district. She termed the district as a blessing to her, so she has it at heart.
Hon. Justina Marigold Assan introduced herself officially as a mother for all, because she is always open for ideas, and constructive criticisms. According to her, the District can go on well with hard work and support of the staff, unity, understanding and togetherness. She said the president’s second term is for roads, and roads all over the country will be tackled. Hon. Justina Marigold Assan asked that, tendencies should be corrected. She stated that the staff cannot work well when they are not motivated. Therefore, they should be given motivation. Capacity building for staff should not be limited to senior staffs only. Documentation should be done clean, so it doesn’t affect the assembly. She said resources should be used effectively. She commended all present for being smartly dressed, and urged the assembly to continue the good work so we can transform the region, as a whole.
